Billing Policy Update – Effective January 1, 2025
As we approach the new year, I am implementing updates to my billing policy to enhance efficiency and maintain the highest level of service for all clients. Please review the following changes:
Late Fees: Invoices that remain unpaid after seven (7) calendar days from the due date will incur a late fee of $50.
Service Pauses: Services may be paused if invoices are not settled within the seven (7) calendar day grace period.
Payment Terms: All services billed in arrears are due upon receipt.
New Client Policy:
Effective January 1, 2025, all new clients must select a retainer package and pay in advance for services. Refunds for retainer payments will not be provided unless explicitly authorized by Monica.
Existing Clients:
Current clients may continue on their existing billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
Retainer Packages:
Monthly Packages: Clients who purchase retainer packages must use the allocated hours within the agreed-upon timeframe. Unused hours do not roll over, and no rainchecks, refunds, or credits will be issued for unused time.
Minimum Monthly Spend: To maintain an active client status, a minimum monthly spend of $500 is required. This ensures ongoing priority support and availability for your projects.
As a reminder, this is an at-will collaboration and can be terminated by either party at any time with written notice. By purchasing a retainer package or engaging in services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to contact me directly.
